Mapei, with around 12,000 employees, is an international player in the construction chemicals production sector. For the Mapei Austria location in Nußdorf, Lower Austria, we developed an employer branding strategy in multiple phases. A key part of this strategy was the development of a visual content strategy and the creation of design elements that allow for a consistent rollout of the campaign across all channels.
